Sarsun da Saag Ingredients 

  1. Fresh and Clean Mastard Leaves (finely cut) (five) Bunchis
  2. Spinach (finely cut) (one) bunches
  3. Bathua (finely cut) (one) bunches
  4. Cooking Olive Oil (five) tbsp
  5. Ginger (one) tbsp
  6. Garlic (two) tbsp
  7. Onions (two)
  8. Green Chillies (four)
  9. Salt (as you need or as you Like)
  10. CornMeal (two) tbsp

Sarsun Ka Saag Desi Recipe Method

  • Heat (3) tbsp of Oil during a pan, add the Ginger, Garlic and Onions and saute for (couple of minutes)
  • Then add all the leafy vegetables and blend well.
  • Break the green Chillies and include the pan.
  • Add Salt to like, combine well and cook till the greens ar soft.
  • Now dissolve the meal in very little Water and add this to the pan and blend well. still cook till the greens ar done. 
  • Let this cool and grind into a rough paste.
  • Transfer this into a pan and add the remaining oil and cook any for (three to five) minutes on low heat. 
  • Serve hot with any bread of your alternative.
