Mango Ice Cream Ingredients

  1. Milk (one) kg
  2. Sugar (six) tbsp
  3. Fresh Cream (four) tbsp
  4. Khoya (half) cup
  5. Custard Powder (two) tbsp
  6. Cardamom Grinned (half) tsp
  7. Mango (half) cup

Mango Ice Cream Recipe Method

  • Cook milk till bubbling.
  • Include sugar and cook till lessened to (four) cups.
  • Disintegrate loaded custard powder (half) cup of cold icy milk.
  • At that point add to the bubbling milk, mixing till blend.
  • At the point when thickes include khoya and cook for (five) minutes.
  • Remove from heat, cool totally at that point include new cream, cardamom powder and mango puree.
  •  Fill mixture in  Ice Cream (qulfi) molds and freeze over night till firm.
