Prawn Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce Ingredients

  1. Prawns (half) kg
  2. Spaghetti (boiled) (two hundred fifty) grams
  3. Tomatoes (chopped) (Half) kg
  4. Garlic Paste (One) tbsp
  5. Green Chillies (Cut finely) (Six)
  6. Tomato Puree (Three) tbsp
  7. Black Pepper (crushed) (half) tsp
  8. Cumin Seeds (crushed) (One) tsp
  9. Carom Seeds (crushed) (Half) tsp
  10. Coriander Seeds (crushed) (One) tbsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Oil (Half) cup
  13. Fresh Coriander (chopped) for garnishing

Prawn Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce Recipe Method

  • Remove shells from prawns without removing tail, sprinkle salt.
  • Heat oil in frying pan , fry prawns and remove.
  • Fry garlic in same oil.Add tomatoes and green chillies and cook for (few) minutes.
  • Add all ingredients except prawns and spaghetti and cook until Cooking Oil separates.
  • Add prawns and spaghetti remove in a dish and garnish with fresh coriander.

Vegetable Steaks Recipes Ingredients

  1. Bananas (un-ripened) (Five)
  2. Black Pepper (crushed) (one and half) tbsp
  3. Dark soya sauce (Two) tbsp
  4. Red Chilli Powder (Half) tsp
  5. White Pepper Powder (One) tsp
  6. All Spices Powder (One) tsp
  7. Salt (To Taste)
  8. Oil (Two) tbsp
  9. White Sauce as accompaniment
  10. Mashed Potatoes as accompaniment
  11. Mix Vegetables as accompaniment

Vegetable Steaks Recipe Method.

  • Blend bananas with soya sauce, Chilli powder, White pepper, Salt and all spices and shape into large steaks.
  • Heat oil in frying pan and fry steaks golden on both sides.
  • Place on a heated grill till grill markd appear on steaks.
  • Place on steak platter and sprinkle black pepper on top.Serve with white Sauce, Mashed Potatoes and boiled Vegetables.

To make mashed Potatoes heat (Three) tbsp oil in a frying pan, add potatoes (boiled and mashed) (half) tsp Black Pepper Powder, and Salt just cook on low flame for (few) minutes. when potatoes have softened add cream and mix well.

Layered Mince Pie recipe Dough Ingredients

  1. Refined flour (sieved) (Half) kg
  2. Yeast (two) tbsp
  3. Sugar (one) tsp + (Two) tbsp
  4. Salt (half) tsp
  5. Warm water for kneading

Filling Ingredients

  1. Mince beef (seven hundred fifty) grams
  2. Onion (cut finely) (one) cup
  3. Garlic/Ginger Paste (one) tbsp
  4. Red chilli Powder (one) tbsp
  5. Coriander powder (one and half) tsp
  6. Hot Spices Powder (one) tsp
  7. Lemon Juice (two) tbsp
  8. Green Chillies (cut finely) (three)
  9. Fresh Coriander (cut finely) (two) tbsp
  10. Salt (one) tsp
  11. Oil (half) cup

Batter Ingredients

  1. Eggs (beaten) (Four)
  2. Salt (half) tsp
  3. Clarified butter (not melted) (four) tbsp

Layered Mince Pie Recipe Method

  • Add all dough ingredients in refined flour and knead into soft dough.
  • Heat oil in frying pan and fry Onions golden add Garlic/Ginger, Red Chillies, Coriander, Mince, and Salt and cook until mince is tender.
  • Add remaining Ingredients of filling cook for few minutes and remove from flame.
  • Decide dough into three equal parts and roll out into the Pie Crusts.
  • Mix all batter ingredients in a bowl.Spread (three) tbsp batter at the bottom of a (nine") Cake mould place (one) pie crust over it.
  • Layer with half mince (three) tbsp batter, second crust, remaining mince and third crust and press down sides of crust spread remaining batter on top.
  • Make cuts in cross shape in the centre of the pie with the help of a knife bake in a Pre-Heated oven at (200 degree C) for (Forty) minutes Remove.
  • When cooled turn over and remove in plate and Cut slices and Serve.

  1. Fresh Milk (four) Cups
  2. Samolina (one) Cup
  3. Onion (cut finely) (half) Cup
  4. Green Chillies (cut finely) (four)
  5. Fresh Coriander (cut finely) (two) tbsp
  6. Cheddar cheese (grated) (half) Cup
  7. Black Pepper Powder (one) tsp
  8. Garlic/ginger paste (one) tsp
  9. Bread (chopped) (six) slices
  10. Salt (One) tsp
  11. Oil for frying

Ingredients for Sweet and Sour Sauce


  1. Cornflour (Two) tbsp
  2. Tomato Ketchup (half) Cup
  3. Chilli+Garlic Sauce (two) tbsp
  4. Sugar (one) tbsp
  5. Vinegar (two) tbsp
  6. Red Chillies (crushed) (half) tsp
  7. Tomato Puree (Half) Cup
  8. Oil (two) tbsp

Fried Semolina Squares Recipe Method

  • Boil milk and add onions, green chillies, coriander, garlic/ginger, semolina and salt.
  • Cook til mixture thickens and leaves sides of pot.
  • Add cheese and black pepper brush oil on tray and pour semolina mixture in it.
  • Cut into squares with bread crumbs heat oil in frying pan and fry squares, remove.

Sweet and Sour Sauce Recipe Method

  • To make sweet and saur sauce heat oil in a saucepan.
  • Add all ingredients except cornflour and bring to boil.
  • Add cornflour and thicken sauce, Serve with semolina pieces
