Smoked Meat recipe Ingredients

  1. Mutton (One) kg
  2. Onion (half) kg
  3. Mint leaves (finely cut) (One) bunch
  4. Thick yogurt (whisked) (half) kg
  5. Ginger (finely cut) (One) inch piece
  6. Garlic (finely cut) (Four) cloves
  7. Green chillies (finely cut) (Six)
  8. Red chilli powder (One) tsp
  9. Coriander powder (One) tsp
  10. Salt (to taste)
  11. Oil (as required)

Smoked Meat recipe Method

  • Cut half Onion finely and the remaining onion cut into rounds.
  • Mix onion rings, red and green chilies in a bowl.
  • Put meat, red chilies, salt, Coriander, finely cut onions, garlic, ginger and little water in a pan.
  • Cook till when meat turns tender and water turns to dry.
  • Add Oil and then fry well.
  • When oil surfaces, layer with yogurt, onions and mint.
  • Heat a piece of cool place a chapati in the center of the pan .
  • Place hot coal on top of chapati and pour few drops oil on it.
  • Cover pan on dum for (Five) minutes.
  • Remove cool and serve smooked meat hot.
