  1. Beef Undercut (half) kg
  2. Potatoes (Boiled and mashed) (four)
  3. Mayonnaise (one) cup
  4. Bread (ten) slices
  5. Lemons (two)
  6. Green chillies (cut finely) (four)
  7. Fresh milk (half) cup
  8. Black pepper (crushed) (two) tsp
  9. Butter (one) tbsp
  10. Raw papaya (paste) (two) tbsp
  11. Bihari masala (packet) (three) tbsp
  12. Garlic or Ginger paste (half) tbsp
  13. Salt (to taste)
  14. Oil (as required)
Potato and Bihari Pasanday sandwich Recipes Method
  • Mix mayonnaise and (One) tsp black pepper, Green chilies and juice of (One) lemon and mashed potatoes.
  • Beat the beef with the mallet so it flattens.
  • Marinate with papaya.Garlic or Ginger paste ,and add all lemon juice, and all black pepper, bihari masala and salt and leave them for (half hour).
  • Spray a Little Cooking oil on the pan and cook the beef.
  • And cut the beef into the half slices and cook in the oil.
  • Now put (one) spoon of milk and (one) spoon of potato mixture on it and put a peice of beef top with other piece of slice.

Fish Tikka Shahslick Recipe Method
  • Apply one tbsp Vinegar on the fish keep aside and wash after (ten) minutes.Marinade fish with just marinade ingredients and again keep on aside for (Five) minutes.Heat oil in a pan.Coat fish with egg whites and fry till the golden.Remove.Heat (Two) tbsp oil in frying wok, fry Capsicum, onions and tomatoes lightly and remove.Place fried fish and vegetables in serving dish.
  • Cook tomato ketchup and red chillies, black pepper, soya sauce, remaining all vinegar and salt in a wok for (few) minutes: pour over fish and vegetables, and Serve

  • Mix whole dried milk and almonds in a bowl and take for while some minutes aside.
  • Heat clarified butter in a Wok and add milk powder rice flour, and then fry, stirring continuously on low flame hill golden.

  • Pat fish dry with absorbent paper.
